Why work with me?

  • I hold the ICF’s highest coaching credential: Master Certified Coach (MCC).
  • I assess coaching sessions against the ICF PCC Markers and MCC BARS. This means I review certification recordings not only as a mentor coach, but also as an assessor. As of 2026, 100% of the MCC sessions I supported passed on the first attempt.
  • I am an accredited supervisor and provide supervision for both individual and team coaches.
  • Drawing on training with leading international coaches—including Peter Hawkins, Robert Dilts, Doug Silsbee, Stephen Gilligan, Ann Clancy and John Leary-Joyce—I have developed my own approach as a coach, mentor, supervisor, author and trainer of advanced coaching programs.
  • I have an in-depth understanding of ICF and EMCC standards.
  • I have authored coach-training programs accredited by the ICF as Level 2, CCE and AATC.
My areas of expertise
Executive and team coaching; leadership development; strategic-session facilitation; leadership competency development; and training in coaching and non-directive approaches to management.
For corporate clients and businesses
I help leaders and teams find resources where none seem to be available and turn uncertainty into forward movement.

For coaches

I help coaches at every level develop internationally benchmarked professional mastery, increase the quality of their work and diversify their services to support income growth.

My clients

A little about me
My business career spans more than 25 years, from my first management role to executive leadership and business ownership. My experience includes international trade, marketing and advertising, building distribution networks, and human resources management. It enables me to work as a coach and mentor who understands the pressures of leadership from the inside, sees the wider system and can help identify paths to change.

Today, I work in Russia, Europe and the Middle East as a coach, trainer, mentor and supervisor. My clients include senior executives, teams of different kinds and coaches committed to growth and development.
In my work, I follow the principles of systems thinking, confidentiality and consideration of all stakeholders - not only the client I work with, but also the wider system of which they are part.

My core values are fairness, freedom and professionalism. I believe in every person’s inner strength and in the power of a systemic perspective to create more change than any single tool.
